Okay, so this might not be the best photo of a meal that I’ve ever taken, but bare with me here people bc this meal was good!
Tuna fish, single serving pack of Sabra Hummus, one chopped orange bell pepper, and some tabasco sauce for a little kick! It was a really tasty meal (bc we all know eating the same thing every day can get boring) and had good macros if you’re looking for something high in proteins and fats but low in carbs. I knew I was having family pizza night later on so this worked well for me.
Total macros are:
42.9 G protein
16.6 G carbs
11.3 G fat
